To process a warranty claim, customers must provide:- Original invoice/receipt
- Product with all accessories
- A clear description of the issue
- Repair / Replacement Policy
Depending on the nature of the defect, we may provide:- Free repair
- Replacement of the defective part
- Full product replacement (if irreparable)
- Service Denial Right
We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if the product is found tampered with or the serial number is removed.
